Privacy notice

PortlandDon.com is operated by Don Courtney III in connection with Realty ONE Group Prestige. This notice explains what information the site collects, why it is used, and how to change your communication preferences.

Plain-language version: If you ask for a buyer plan, request a selling plan, or contact Don, the information you provide is used to respond, provide the requested real-estate information, and send optional updates only when you request them. Your information is not sold.

Information you provide

The site may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address or neighborhood, selling timeline, home-buying stage, target area, purchase goal, planning assumptions, and the message or request you submit. If you choose text-message follow-up, the date, time, wording, and source of your consent may also be retained.

Information collected automatically

The site may collect ordinary technical and campaign information such as the page visited, referring page, browser or device category, approximate location, date and time, and UTM campaign parameters. We use the Google tag to measure Google Ads visits and successful Buyer Plan requests. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for this measurement. The conversion event does not include your name, email, phone number, or buyer-plan financial inputs. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites. We also use the Follow Up Boss Pixel to record page activity and, when it can identify a visitor, associate that activity with a contact in our customer-management system.

Email and text choices

Marketing email requires a clear unsubscribe method. Text-message follow-up is optional and requires an affirmative choice. Reply STOP to an automated text to opt out, or use any other reasonable method to tell us to stop. You may still receive non-marketing communications needed to respond to a current request or transaction, subject to law.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with Realty ONE Group Prestige personnel and service providers that operate the website, customer-management system, email, text messaging, analytics, advertising, scheduling, or property-search tools. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect legal rights. Personal information, including mobile numbers, is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared for third-party marketing. Service providers may process this information only as needed to support our communications and services.

SMS terms

When you choose text follow-up, Don Courtney III with Realty ONE Group Prestige may text about your real-estate inquiry, relevant home opportunities, and appointments. Automated technology may be used. Choosing texts is optional and is not required to purchase goods or services. Message frequency varies, and your carrier may charge message or data fees.

Reply STOP to end text messages. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation; subsequent program messages will stop. To receive texts again, provide a new opt-in. Reply HELP for assistance, email don@rogprestige.com, or call 503.819.2174. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. This privacy notice explains how information is handled.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, brokerage obligations, dispute prevention, and legal requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet system can promise absolute security.

Access, correction, deletion, and opt-out requests

To ask what personal information is held, correct it, request deletion where applicable, or change contact preferences, email don@rogprestige.com or call 503.819.2174. Identity may need to be verified before certain requests are completed.
