PortlandDon.com is operated by Don Courtney III in connection with Realty ONE Group Prestige. This notice explains what information the site collects, why it is used, and how to change your communication preferences.

Plain-language version: If you ask for a buyer plan or contact Don, the information you provide is used to respond, provide the requested real-estate information, and send optional updates only when you request them. Your information is not sold.

Information you provide

The site may collect your name, email address, phone number, home-buying stage, target area, purchase goal, planning assumptions, and the message or request you submit. If you choose text-message follow-up, the date, time, wording, and source of your consent may also be retained.

Information collected automatically

The site may collect ordinary technical and campaign information such as the page visited, referring page, browser or device category, approximate location, date and time, and UTM campaign parameters. We use the Google tag to measure Google Ads visits and successful Buyer Plan requests. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for this measurement. Email and text choices

Marketing email requires a clear unsubscribe method. Text-message follow-up is optional and requires an affirmative choice. Reply STOP to an automated text to opt out, or use any other reasonable method to tell us to stop. You may still receive non-marketing communications needed to respond to a current request or transaction, subject to law.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with Realty ONE Group Prestige personnel and service providers that operate the website, customer-management system, email, text messaging, analytics, advertising, scheduling, or property-search tools. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect legal rights. It is not sold for money.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, brokerage obligations, dispute prevention, and legal requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet system can promise absolute security.

Access, correction, deletion, and opt-out requests

The site links to property-search, video, social, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices apply after you leave PortlandDon.com.
